What is an Appraisal?
An appraisal is an unbiased, reasoned opinion of value based upon an identification of the object and analysis of the marketplace.

This is a signed document which is suitable for submission to insurance companies, the courts and the Internal Revenue Service. (note:you may not need a formal appraisal. Please contact us so we can help you determine the level of valuation you need).

Step 4: Reports
Delivery of Report including:
Photographs
Market Analysis
